(common destination-point of star-movements)
v.e.r.t.e.x. shows the automated, repetitive emerging process of a picture,
which continuously generates itself anew. Within a permanent recurring
image cycle, new random generated structures are developed, which
are strongly unidirectional - according to their time based movement.
The 'direction' of this process defines the graphic output of the work.
The emerging picture material will be erased and overwritten again and
again.
The visitor can intervene in the picture process with 5 different applications:
The position of the mouse controls the horizontal and vertical movement
of the elements. The mouse also enables one to change the source material
for the structure of the picture. There are additional buttons, which
manipulate the rotation, position and scale of the picture elements.
