Synopsis:
Timo Novotny's Sofa Rockers starts at a giant construction site in Tokyo and follows a familier pattern and storyline, while he zooms through the skyline to isolated park scenes with dancers. At the same time, he destroys the easy flow with picture jump cuts and pans. The music supports the visual habits and gives you a complete view from the filmmaker's eye of Tokyo. The music video works out fine in spite of the use of old fashioned Super8 and no digital effects.
