hi robert. thanks for the music, thanks for your critique, I think I
know what you mean by 'duplication'; the main difference between image
and sound is the layering, the structure in 'tageda' is a result of cutting;
that meanes it is divided into sequences...... these image sequences
again refer to the sound structure of a bite;.. I've already heard this
reproach a few times... In my opinion there is only a loose connection
between image and sound possible; the assignments, the translations are
already abstract, that's a long story, which in the fine art already
came up around the turn of the century [abstract film / Bauhaus].
'tageda' for me is less minimalistic, there are realistic pictures, but
- the pictures take on something of the abstract by the way they have
been cut: they became fragments, without beginning and do
not necessarily stop and don't at all tell a story. Nevertheless I hope,
that 'tageda' in this connection will find a kind of inner space or perhaps
more... on a disk, which constantly turns.... all the best, and thanks
